Jeff Pastorek
Biography
Jeff Pastorek is a litigation attorney focused on construction, commercial and business disputes, and insurance defense. He approaches complex matters with strategic insight and provides clients with clear, solution‑oriented guidance throughout litigation.
He has been recognized by Louisiana Super Lawyers, appearing on the Rising Stars List from 2015–2021 and the Louisiana Super Lawyers List in 2025. Jeff co‑authored “Analysis of Alexander v. Norfolk Southern Corporation,” published in the Westlaw Journal (Vol. 30, Issue 9, June 2012).
His recent courtroom successes include prevailing in a commercial dispute in St. Bernard Parish District Court and a real estate dispute in Lafayette Parish District Court.

Outside the office, Jeff is a runner, a painter, and enjoys life at home with his wife and their two children.
