Kallen Forster

Biography

Kallen focuses her practice on healthcare law, insurance law, and commercial and general litigation, with a growing emphasis on healthcare litigation. She has recently experienced success in this area of her practice and looks forward to continuing to expand her work in healthcare-related matters.

Her professional background reflects discipline, teamwork, and leadership. Kallen completed her undergraduate studies at Georgia State University on an athletic scholarship for soccer and went on to play professionally following her collegiate career. She later earned a Master of Science in Apparel Design from Louisiana State University before receiving her Juris Doctor from Loyola University College of Law.

While in law school, Kallen contributed under a collaborative effort to the publication of “Primer on Tutorship,” working with Monica Hof Wallace, Dean Marcel Garsaud, Jr. Distinguished Professor, on research supporting revisions to Title VIII of the Louisiana Civil Code related to tutorship. She also completed a judicial clerkship with Judge Desiree Cook-Calvin and assisted with the Supreme Court application for the Family Preservation Court, gaining valuable insight into the judicial process.
