Biography

Rob is a business lawyer and seasoned litigator known for providing practical, solution-oriented counsel to entrepreneurs and established small and start-up companies alike. With over two decades of experience, Rob leverages his deep legal knowledge and real-world business acumen—honed through personally creating and investing in several start-up ventures in fields like real estate, logistics, energy, and medical—to guide his clients effectively.

As Managing Member of the firm, Rob dedicates a significant portion of his practice to critical corporate governance matters. He handles intricate corporate structuring to position businesses for sustainable growth and manages complex corporate dissolutions. Clients frequently retain him to act as outside general counsel, relying on his breadth of experience to navigate day-to-day legal challenges and strategic decisions.

When disputes arise, Rob brings formidable experience to the courtroom. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana State Courts, the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.

He also frequently acts as local counsel for global law firms requiring specialized representation in the Louisiana jurisdiction.

A graduate of Georgetown University’s Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service, Rob began his career working on political campaigns before earning his Juris Doctor/ Bachelor of Civil Law from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2005. He is a member in good standing of the Louisiana State Bar Association and Jefferson Parish Bar Association.
