Additionally, he is certified as a Business Bankruptcy Specialist by the American Board of Certification and by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. A long-time member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, Rudy served as a Commissioner on the ABI Commission on Consumer Bankruptcy and until recently served as the Chair of the Caribbean Insolvency Symposium.
