Ralph Wall

Biography

For more than 30 years, Ralph Wall has maintained a diverse and evolving practice, guided by a steadfast commitment to providing excellent service to his clients in a professional and respectful manner. He serves as a litigator, advisor, and mentor, representing clients across a broad range of complex matters in both state and federal courts.

Ralph’s practice spans casualty matters, toxic torts, commercial litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home and products liability, premises liability, and business disputes. He has also litigated insurance coverage matters, including first-party and third-party commercial general liability disputes, fiduciary and institutional coverage claims, construction disputes, breach of contract matters, and detrimental reliance claims. His experience further includes class action litigation involving antitrust issues, wage and benefit disputes, and toxic exposure claims.

In addition to his litigation work, Ralph has represented state agencies in administrative law matters and advises a trade association on antitrust issues. He has also assisted the insurance industry in developing new insurance products by participating in the creation of policy forms used in the oil and gas insurance market and interfacing with state regulators on insurance policy issues.
